Holiday hours
We open most holidays. The schedule changes only on three days: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. The current holiday schedule is posted on our homepage banner one week ahead. For 4/20, Croptober, and other seasonal dates, we run seasonal deals.
Why "open now" is a top search after the smoke-shop transition
Sparks-area smoke shops keep varied hours. Customers searching for flower, pre-rolls, or vape carts late in the evening previously had a mix of smoke-shop and dispensary options. Under Nevada SB 356 (2025), retailers without a Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (NV CCB) license can no longer sell consumable products containing THC, including hemp-derived intoxicants. Early-morning ordering
We open at 8:00 AM every day. Pre-orders queued overnight are ready at open. Early-morning is the best time for inventory pulls (full stock, no lines). Customers commuting through Glendale Avenue often stop at open and pick up an online order without leaving their car - see shop menu.
What to bring at any hour
A government-issued photo ID - state driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, U.S. military ID, or tribal ID. Out-of-state IDs are accepted; expired IDs are not. The ID requirement is identical at 8 AM and at 9:55 PM - Nevada law (NRS 678) requires age verification on every transaction.
Accepted payment

Real-time stock
For "is XYZ in stock right now," call (775) 470-5255 or check the live menu on our shop page - the menu reflects real-time inventory pulled from our point-of-sale every five minutes. If you are five minutes from arriving and a strain shows on the menu, it is on the shelf.
