TL;DR
You must be 21+ (or a valid Nevada Medical Marijuana cardholder 18+) to use this site or buy from us. All sales are final under Nevada cannabis law except for defective product. Greenleaf does not offer delivery; all purchases are picked up in person at our Sparks store, and cannabis cannot lawfully be transported outside Nevada or onto federal land, tribal land where prohibited, or premises that prohibit cannabis. Nevada law governs disputes. Cannabis remains federally illegal under the Controlled Substances Act; we operate strictly under Nevada state law.
Eligibility
To use greenleafwellness.com or purchase from Greenleaf, you must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, or a Nevada Medical Marijuana cardholder 18 years of age or older with a valid card (or out-of-state medical card under Nevada reciprocity). You confirm your age every time you enter the site through the age-verification gate. You also confirm you are not purchasing on behalf of anyone under 21 or any person prohibited from possessing cannabis under Nevada or federal law.
Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, attempted purchases by minors, or any violation of these Terms.
Orders, payment, and pricing
Online orders are quotes, not contracts, until you complete the in-store pickup transaction. Prices and availability change frequently as live menu inventory updates. Payment is accepted via cashless ATM (debit), cash, or any other method posted at checkout. We do not accept credit cards on cannabis purchases (federal banking restriction). All applicable Nevada state and local cannabis taxes are added at checkout.
All sales final
Per Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board rules, cannabis products purchased and removed from the dispensary cannot be returned for refund. Defective product (e.g., a vape cartridge that does not function, an unopened sealed item that is damaged) is replaced - bring the product, receipt, and original packaging within 7 days for evaluation. We do not refund opened or partially-used product.
Possession and consumption
Nevada law caps single-transaction purchase at 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis (flower) or 0.25 ounce (1/4 ounce) of concentrate per transaction, regardless of card type. Public consumption is prohibited statewide; consumption on hotel, casino, or rental-property premises that prohibit it is also prohibited. Cannabis cannot be transported across state lines. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: (a) use the site to make purchases on behalf of minors or prohibited persons; (b) attempt to bypass the age gate; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to harvest information from the site; (d) interfere with the site's operation or security; (e) submit false information; or (f) use the site to facilitate any illegal activity, including transport across state lines.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, photography, and copy are the property of Greenleaf Wellness or licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission. Brand names and product images of Nevada-licensed producers remain property of those producers; we display them under license.
Health disclaimer
Cannabis products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not provide medical advice. Information on the site about cannabinoid effects, terpenes, dosing, and use cases is general education sourced from peer-reviewed literature where cited; it is not personalized recommendation. Consult a licensed Nevada cannabis-recommending physician for medical use. Do not consume cannabis if you are pregnant, nursing, planning to drive, operate machinery, or are taking prescription medications without consulting a healthcare provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenleaf Wellness, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Direct-damage liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. Some states do not allow this limitation; in those cases the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenleaf Wellness from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of Nevada or federal law, or your transport of cannabis across state lines or onto federal property after purchase.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts of Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before litigation; email [email protected] to start.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date reflects the current version. Material changes are announced with a homepage banner for 30 days. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Federal law acknowledgment
Cannabis remains a Schedule I substance under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. Greenleaf Wellness operates strictly under Nevada state law and does not facilitate transport across state lines, sales to non-Nevada residents at out-of-state addresses, or possession on federal land. By using the site you acknowledge this distinction.
